when I go to this site and want to watch one of the movies, I get a windows Media notification "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is on another computer, verify that you are connected to the network. If you typed a path, verify that it is correct. If the problem persists, the server might not be available."

.... I contacted the site manager who gave me a lot of bla bla and nothing works.... he said I am missing an element in my media player or something like that,

Can anyone help?

2)__ Be aware that an error message can also occur if you play an .asx file, and the .asx file refers to a path that does not exist. The problem is that a path embedded inside the .asx file is no longer correct. If you retype the path of the .asx file, this does not resolve this issue.

3)__ File may be corrupt .. upload again. Upload as "text" or "ASCII".

Thanks Joe, but you misunderstood me...... the website is not MINE, I just want to watch the movies, so there is no way I can change the way its uploaded..... am I supposed to change the path on the windows player??

you can't do anything .. it's on their end

their webmaster must fix this issue
